Many in early childhood education ascribe to the Reggio Emilia Approach. Brooke Brown has actually visited the remarkable Italian city that is its namesake.
Inspired by seeing this child-centered and teacher-supported approach in practice — in addition to several years of teaching in Massachusetts and Vermont — Brooke felt the timing was right to establish her own early childhood education center.
As a kindergarten teacher, Brooke has engaged herself in every aspect of the profession — developing assessment tools, supporting an emergent curriculum, working closely with parent co-op boards, and pursuing multiple perspectives.
In addition to being the logical evolution of her career, Learning Brooke is the realization of a long-cherished goal.
